Every single Advanced Skill Token you owned prior to the v6.1.0 update has been automatically converted. The conversion rate is 1 Advanced Token = 20 Select Skill Tokens. Check your inventory, and you should see a massive balance of the new currency ready to be spent.
The standard random skill training method still exists in the game if you want to gamble, but for competitive players, saving up 100 Select Tokens for a guaranteed meta skill is the only logical choice.
