DMCA Policy for FtblMeta

FtblMeta (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, FtblMeta will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the FtblMeta website (the “Site”) if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Founded by Mizanur Rahman Hridoy, FtblMeta is an independent digital publishing platform dedicated to eFootball 2027 tactical analysis, player reviews, and e-sports journalism. We operate strictly within the boundaries of “Fair Use” and global digital publishing standards, ensuring full compliance with advertising networks such as Google Ad Exchange (AdX).

1. Acknowledgment of Third-Party Intellectual Property (Fair Use)

FtblMeta is an independent analytical hub and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. The names “eFootball”, “PES”, “Konami”, as well as all in-game assets, player database statistics, card designs, and club logos, are the registered trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners.

All use of these assets on FtblMeta is exclusively for the purposes of reporting, commentary, tactical education, and journalistic review under the “Fair Use” doctrine. We do not distribute pirated game files, unauthorized APK/OBB modifications, or any illegal third-party patches that infringe upon the copyright holder’s primary market.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of Notice as described below, FtblMeta will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

To file a DMCA Notice, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • 1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  • 2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site. Please provide the exact URL(s) to help us locate the content quickly.
  • 3. Contact Information: Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  • 4. Good Faith Statement: Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  • 5. Penalty of Perjury Statement: Include the following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
  • 6. Signature: Provide your full physical or electronic signature.

3. Submitting the DMCA Notice

Deliver the completed DMCA Notice, with all items completed, to FtblMeta’s Designated Copyright Agent at the email address below. For the fastest resolution, we strongly recommend submitting your notice via email.

Email Address for DMCA Notices: business@ftblmeta.com

Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for our administrative team to review and process your request. Sending DMCA notices to other email addresses (such as our general info or tactical support emails) may delay the processing of your request.

4. DMCA Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a Counter-Notice must be a written communication that includes the following:

  • 1. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
  • 2. Identification of the material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • 3. Good Faith Statement: The following statement: “I swear under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.”
  • 4. Contact Information & Consent to Jurisdiction: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the United Kingdom jurisdiction, as applicable to FtblMeta’s operating headquarters), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, FtblMeta will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a court order seeking to keep the content down within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our sole discretion.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, FtblMeta has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, contributors, or authors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
